Apart from mindblowing amenities, they are particalur about the quality of material used, they make flats look aesthetics with a decent buildup to carpet ratio. There are no hidden charges. Dealings are crystal clear. The resale value of the flat is also good as it is constructed by Century Real Estate.

Hence, all prospective buyers falling in the upper middle class category with atleast 2 earning members, Infiniti flats is a blind buy which is affordable.
