Century Indus

Review On Century Group, Bangalore

They dont want sell the units, , they are holding the units as they got fundings from relience house and increasing the price..the others builders are selling at 3200 where as century are quoting 3700...

And the apt construction is outsourced to vinayaka builders...(Century Indus)

They are asking to pay 1 lack for booking..as I know in mulitple locations they told same thing book the apt now once we get approval u can do 10 to 20 percent payment...and if u ask now will the apt ready, , they say 36 or 30 months from approval.

I know that century indus first phase was suppose to get ready by june 2012 as per the builder...but I am sure it will not be ready by june 2013. The reason they are giving for delay is they did not install fire alarm system inside the units..it was done only till corridors, , but some authority asked them to do it.

Do you think if he is class one builder he will not know this? Even if he do not know does it take one year to install them?
