I am a resident here from 2020, till now(2023) they haven't fulfilled most of the promises that they have made...Pre sales advertising is top notch such that they would promise to do some stuff which they never really do ever , I mean this is a common thing for Casagrand franchise no matter where ever they build an apartment...apartment quality is soo poor such that you can't even hang a photo frame or clock on the wall of our house, you can find insane cracks and even if you hang them up they will fall down eventually.. this is just one of the thousand issues that I can tell about typical Casagrand apartments, you can just ask the residents of various casagrand apartments all over chennai. After sales customer care sucks, they just talk a lot and convince us that they will do everything for us, but in the end they just solve 1 issue and claim that they solved everything, they just keep dragging it for more than a year and they never really solve anything. Not worth to buy an apartment for almost 1 Cr, my previous individual house was better than this for almost half the price...so first ask the residents who live in a casagrand franchise apartments then proceed with your choice...

If you don't like someone refer this casagrand not for your friends. They lost the market with worst building quality & poor customer service. They struggle a lot selling quantities.Should register TNRERA complaint against builder for delaying project & Very postive good builder good project all reviews made by their own sales team and digital marketing team. Waste area only money minded. Stupid commitments and for stupid consumers only. Even for registration they don't support well you lose your time and energy with this lethargic workers who are crap & dump. They do bad vast and come with non auspicious days for registrations. Staffs seems non paid & they just chit chat without working.

Very worst project handover will take 3-4 more years. Area not good. No proper handover and response from their teams. Don't get cheated for brand name. Other builders are 100% better.

This project is over priced for this area. They will lie that the project is 95% complete but they don't confirm exact handover date at same time their website mentions only 70% completed.

Please don't get caught and cheated.

   Prove me how many percentage of other buyers in the same project cometed 91% payment like me.
   

I know know you can do. If you can't do any of this please stop writing me shameless mails. It's no worth of writing illogical mails rather than creating some value based customers based on trust factors which can't be expected from builders like fraudulent casagrand.

This is very bad experience for me.

My opinion is Don't purchase house in Casagrand. It is not good also like I am facing car parking issue for the past two months.

Nobody supported & nobody responded also the same for the any alternative solutions.

Today, I have spoken Casagrand team there is no alternative car parking.Worst service I faced from prompt builders.

Casagrand CRM & I care team nobody responded for the past Two Weeks. please refund my car parking amount of Rs. 2.50 Lakhs.

Please respond immediately. This is not good

I had bought an property from Casagrand, and the experience had been very bad for me. The CRM team is the worst I have encountered in my experience. They will delay the project, mess up the registration of the property, and will make you compromise on everything. It seems the aim of the CRM team is to irritate, frustrate, and stress the customers. Never Never buy from Casagrand, no matter what.

Hi we are planning to buy a property in casa grand, they are offering some discount for first 25 customers if booked during the pre launch of a new project but they did not tell us anything about the no pre emi offer. The possession is 2020. Can someone give me an insight on the no pre emi and pre emi advantages and disadvantages
