Booked Villa in Casagrande Vistaaz and finally ended in cancellation due to worst customer service. Nobody to answer your calls and

Need to pay extra for lights in bathroom.They promised 100% refund in 45 days now refund team is charging 2, 50, 000.00 as cancellation

Fees and refusing to repay the refund.

Really upset and looking for legal guidance

To get my refund.
