Casagrand is one of the worst builders who do not keep up their commitments. Not worth buying in Casagrand as they will not provide proper service or response to the customer once the customer books the unit. They only chase after the stage payments and after that completely they will ignore customers. They do have some escalation matrix that never works, none of their top management would respond to the customer emails.

They would only forward the emails to other department asking them to respond. Casagrand collects the money from customer in advance for each phase and still they don't deliver the project as per the committed timeline and delay it too much. As a customer I am really disappointed with Casagrand and incurred huge loss due to their delay in delivering the apartment.

Please do not chose casagrand project, as what ever commitment they made they never keep that promise, starting from booking to delivery nothing happened. Few of the members in casagrand never respond to queries, (Rajasekhar, Daniel. and so on). Please dont waste your valuable money and energy in casagrand. Think Multiple times and choose the right builder.

Hi This is Ganesh Kumar, I am also facing the same problem with Casagrand builders. We booked a 3 BHk 1700sqft flat in their Majestica manapakkam project about one and half years back for Rs.4850 per square feet and now during launch time they changed it to Rs.5999 per square feet which is utter cheating by this builder and also they collected 2 lakhs in advance for booking.They are now giving some stupid reasons for increase in the rate. They have already delayed the project by about 2 years by giving a fake commitments to all customers. I was contacted by sales executive Siva and I used to be in touch with him continuously for the entire one half years and now he is saying he can’t do anything for the price change. I think many people have been affected by this builders scam mainly in this majestica project. We can create a forum by the affected customers and take this issue to the media level. Made a payment in Oct 2019, as early bird (pre-launch) blocking for 4 bhk apartment. Launc due in April 2020 but didn't happen becos of the pandemic. Subsequently they had the pre-launch in August 2020 and I wasn't informed or called for it. A week later I got to know about it and contacted them to identify my unit and pay the booking advance. To my surprise, they said no stock for 4bhk's. It really upset me but I still accepted it and asked for my refund. They didn't refund me for 3 months always saying under process. In between, they contacted me saying one 4 bhk is available, and then 2 and then 3, but did not want to honour the pre-launch price committed to me (not my fault that they did not inform me about launch later). I seriously did not understand what was going on, but went ahead and paid a booking advance (for Rs. 300 per sft higher than my pre-launch booking). Later i realized that the project was delayed (understandably during the pandemic). I figured that it therefore won't suit my purpose of timing as I needed the apartment as earlier scheduled and committed by them. I had a genuine reason to cancel my booking and get full refund, especially so because a formal agreement was also not signed yet. It has now been 3 months and they keep saying the same thing again and again - "It is under process and should be done by next week". A ridiculous 3 months they have been enjoying 11 lakh Rupees of mine and there is no respite of humanity in them as they simply don't care. Now the particular persons don't even answer my calls. It is so frustrating and irritating that I will now have to file a case on them. However, I feel it is very important that other people in this city know what this builder actually does and how it takes clients for a ride. They have to pay for this nonsense. Someone somewhere has to take action against these practices from Casagrand. Imagine I can't even voice it out to anyone in CG as nobody listens or is bothered. I still call them everyday and mail them everyday too. But now, my advocate friend has decided to take them to task. I am sure there are many others in similar situation with this Fraud builder

I have booked an apartment in Utopia. From the beginning of the booking, I have an issue with the Casagrand CRM. They have never stick to the commitment. Always requesting the payment without completing the work. Pathetic service. Not recommending for buyers. Please look for a good construction company. Even if you take the concern to the management team no response.

As I'm one of the customer from casagrand utopia, the site visit made was good. Need to suggest my friends. But one think about CRM HAD TO RESPONSE FOR CUSTOMER MAILS.

I bought in utopia, I came to know from my friend who is staying in Irene this builder is doing service his own delight team for 10 years. Superb and I had very good experience from Casagrand, only one thing has to set more process.
