Ms. MENAGA, from casagrand was very helpful and I'm so happy with the way she handles client. Also she picks the call at any time irrespective of her working hours when we are in need of any help.

Not a great builder, they have been delaying handover for many of their projects intentionally after taking 95% payment and keep on launching other project and holding work in on going project. Example is Northern Star project almost same position since last 7 months and they also are able get extension from RERA wonder how they are doing it although no COVID restrictions since last year. Like me many other customers of casagrand are so unhappy

They will delay project minimum 2 years and no proper response. Waste of money. They need to learn construction from radiance or other builder to know word commitment.
