Pathetic peoples. They will speak good to they receive your money. Once done you will be no Important to them. It's more than 45 days and they haven't reverted on my booking refund. Think before you pay any booking money to Casagrand.

Just a caution, read all feedback before you invest. I had paid 1lakh as booking amount and canceled my booking after 1 week. I send cancelation email on 23rd July and till date they have not committed on refund process. Casagaand has created a new link called icare 2 weeks back and now they have logged a refund ticket. So as per their executive the refund will be initiated after 45 days from this ticket and not my email.

These are the actual feedback and don't get carried away by those paid feedbacks.

They will delay project minimum 2 years and no proper response. Waste of money. They need to learn construction from radiance or other builder to know word commitment.

In our unit primera 100 plus unit are there all are facing quality issue in casagrand . Even small door lock also getting damaged.. we not able to use the terrace and water is not good getting bad smell in water. They will not handover at time . Pls don't buy from casagrand.

Made a payment in Oct 2019, as early bird (pre-launch) blocking for 4 bhk apartment. Launc due in April 2020 but didn't happen becos of the pandemic. Subsequently they had the pre-launch in August 2020 and I wasn't informed or called for it. A week later I got to know about it and contacted them to identify my unit and pay the booking advance. To my surprise, they said no stock for 4bhk's. It really upset me but I still accepted it and asked for my refund. They didn't refund me for 3 months always saying under process. In between, they contacted me saying one 4 bhk is available, and then 2 and then 3, but did not want to honour the pre-launch price committed to me (not my fault that they did not inform me about launch later). I seriously did not understand what was going on, but went ahead and paid a booking advance (for Rs. 300 per sft higher than my pre-launch booking). Later i realized that the project was delayed (understandably during the pandemic). I figured that it therefore won't suit my purpose of timing as I needed the apartment as earlier scheduled and committed by them. I had a genuine reason to cancel my booking and get full refund, especially so because a formal agreement was also not signed yet. It has now been 3 months and they keep saying the same thing again and again - "It is under process and should be done by next week". A ridiculous 3 months they have been enjoying 11 lakh Rupees of mine and there is no respite of humanity in them as they simply don't care. Now the particular persons don't even answer my calls. It is so frustrating and irritating that I will now have to file a case on them. However, I feel it is very important that other people in this city know what this builder actually does and how it takes clients for a ride. They have to pay for this nonsense. Someone somewhere has to take action against these practices from Casagrand. Imagine I can't even voice it out to anyone in CG as nobody listens or is bothered. I still call them everyday and mail them everyday too. But now, my advocate friend has decided to take them to task. I am sure there are many others in similar situation with this Fraud builder

This project supposed to be delivered in Dec'2019 but they didn't handover till date. The quality is worst, TV units, chimneys, walls falling down just like that. my humble request to all buyers don't buy any of cg property and put yourself in trouble. They will hide all legal issues while selling flats, no 1 fraud builder. CG employees are writing positive reviews, this way they can attract the customers, don't fall into fraud builder trap. Don't waste your peace of mind and money. Many projects like smart town, supremus, bellisimo, cherripick..etc has lot of issues. Still if you want buy just enquire anyone who bought CG property then decide, don't buy just going through reviews. They will show you hell once you trapped into their boundary.

We booked a 3bhk and we visited the site and realised that there was a deviation in the construction. They did not realise until we pointed it out. Secondly they came back after 3 months and said that it was printing mistake in the brochure. They said they would handover the apartment in 2019 June max by august.. but it’s 2021 July and they still haven’t handed over the apartment.. we cancelled and booked an apartment opposite to mayajaal.. I see the site everyday and I hardly see any movement in the construction.. also refund took about 11 months.. pathetic customer service and they don’t do what they promised.. plus their hidden charges are high.. we can get much better apartments for that price..

Worst experience with Casagrand, have never seen such an organization where no one wants to take the responsibility

I was informed that I have to pay 1Lakh right away to block and incase if I cancel then will get 100% refund within 30days. But have been following up with them for months and haven't got even a single response.

80017 80017 tried dialing for hours and sent follow-ups emails to icare@casagrand.co.in still no response.

Please make sure someone is picking the call on 80017 80017. am on queue for more than an hour but no one to pick

I booked an apartment in 2016, which was promised to be delivered by 2019 but still it's not delivered. House is not even close to delivery and no one cares to respond on the completion date. They absolutely have no value for customers and never keep up thier promise. Buying a house from casa grand is equal to buying torture, just forget your peace of mind.

False commitment at all stage of payment collection

They are good only till they collect money

No response on queries regarding completion and handing over

They will make life miserable after they get the payment

Suicide is better option than investing in Casa Grand

What's Promised at the time of Booking-

Possession promised on March 2022

Interiors promised - Complete modular kitchen, Complete wardrobe on two bedrooms, a TV Unit. I have to pay 50K for the corpus fund beyond the MRP of the product because they offered me the Interior offer.

What's in the Agreement draft -

Possession date - May 2023+ 3 months grace period

Interiors promised not honored in the agreement, and it's not updated in the CRM system also.

But I have to pay a 50K corpus fund beyond the Product selling price and it's updated in Casagrand CRM system pakka as per the promise made at the time of sale.

Casagrand completely dishonored my purchase decision, the time & effort taken to research the location, property details, pricing, back & forth lengthy discussions with the sales team, planning, soft loan arrangements, everything goes into the vein.

12 month waiting period suddenly changed to 29 months waiting period without even a single word from the builder. If you calculate the Rent & EMI for those 17 months roughly it cost me 8.5 Lacs extra

Beware of Casa Grande's fake promises, fake possession date & fake offers.

This is a worst experience with the staff and I bought the apartment in casagrand Asta H404 in 2019 . They agreed me to handover on August however they did on 2021 January . We are there without metro water supply and the worst quality building structure and I have attached the photo for the reference. You will be shocked to see the quality of the building . I have sent mail to them and we will get response but there will be no action on the issue . Just see the photos I have attached .

Probably the worst decisions I've ever taken in my life. Opting to buy a flat from Casagrand. By far the worst customer service, by far the worst in ever aspects from the consumer point of view. We have paid the down payment for the flat booking on April 2019. Initially we were told that project is yet to get completed by Dec 2019. That's the only reason why we have opted for this particular project. But later only we came to know that it was a fake handover date. From the very beginning, we were looted. Their sales manager Shi has taken 50, 000 rupees from us as an advance for doing interior design for the flat (Under the table stuffs). Since I am from the corporate background I have asked for an acknowledgement from his official email id for the same. He got caught red handed by Casagrand for taking money from so many customers who have bought the flat through him. The money got refunded back to our account, but he was their employees and he was their face. Ever since then our account has been to transferred to multiple Customer Relationship Managers. They're as useless as ueue in Queue. They're not equipped with any sufficient or answers for our queries. Let's come to the point. It was told that the project handover is 2019 December. And the covid lockdown was imposed in March 2020. Why the project wasn't completed before March 2020 (3months)?. If you cite water scarcity as a reason, I won't believe because the project work wasn't stopped in 2019 when the entire city was having water scarcity issue. Even after resumption of project in 2020 September, why the flats are not handed over till 2021 April (8 months) ? Even If we remove the months of April, May, June, July & August 2020. You have delayed the handover by 11 months. And we have to pay the EMI for the flat which isn't even registered on our name. I would like to stress upon one thing. Never ever trust these liars. They will be after you till the time you pay them your hard earned money. Once you paid , you have to followup with them for every goddamn thing. If Google has an option to give negative rating. I would've given them a very nice negative rating. DONT BUY FLATS FROM THESE LIARS.

I booked a house in Sep 2017 and I was informedthat I would be occupying it by Oct 2019 however still the construction is going on and it will again extend for fewer months for the construction to get completed. For reference please visit the site( Casagrand Supremus at Thalambur). Never trust Casagrand in your life and don't make mess in your investment. If you book a house now only your grand daughter can occupy for possession. The quality of construction is also not upto the mark. My sincere advice is never ever go with Casagrand.
