It is very heartening to share as a owner of a villa in bloom thirumudivakkam.

The handing over of maintance to association was not smooth.

Some villas are constructed on temple land. Legal issues.

And many other issues which require many days to solve.

The quality of construction is so poor, even simple nail on the wall, wall breakes.

All the rubles are burried in the so called garden

Ovearall unhappy with CG. May not recommend to any one.

Proper handing over to the Association is not done and it is not a professional relationship with customer, and more inside lot of litigation is their

We had purchased with very high hope of a secure and pleasent living at Casa Grand Bloom, Thirumudivakkam. But to our utter dismay CASAGRAND team had quit the maintenance without resolving UDS, Corpus fund, clubhouse, temple land issues. We are left blank.

It’s a disgrace. Don’t buy property based on the brand name. Please check with previous buyers and stay away if you don’t want to spend money and energy chasing these shady folks via legal means.
