Poor customer service. Lot of delay in handover even after RERA extension

Initial handover date - Oct 2019

Postponed date- March 2020(Tentatively)

Postponed date 2 - May 2020(Tentatively)

Postponed date 3 - Oct 2020(Tentatively)

So far no good progress. EB, Parking and Amenities are still pending. Just initiated NOC. Really not sure atleast they handover is Jan 2021. RERA final date is Oct 2020.

Not allowed for site visit. If you are new purchaser, you will be allowed. Only for NOC visit they allow buyers.

Pathetic experience. Buyers are losing their money. Lot ofworst reviews we can see for CG Miro.

Hi we are planning to buy a property in casa grand, they are offering some discount for first 25 customers if booked during the pre launch of a new project but they did not tell us anything about the no pre emi offer. The possession is 2020. Can someone give me an insight on the no pre emi and pre emi advantages and disadvantages

Near To Whitefield, ITPL etc(except ecity all IT offices reachable)

Near by school, hospitals, banks, atm, markets, railway station, auto, bus etc

Cauvery water in area

BBMP, A khata, RERA etc

Hello everyone, I am going to write about this casagrand home.

My Grandfather bought a house in casagrand and I noticed how good the place was. The main thing I noticed was the quality of the buildings and everyone who came home noticed how well built it was.

The customer service also was very prompt and solved any problem that I had come up and they had very good knowledge about the project and gave perfect answers for any queries.Their sales team also was very considerate and took care about the needs of the customers as well.

The staff spoke to us very courteously and gave the highest amount of respect possible while handing the matter from the start to the end and they told us that we can contact them whenever we need any help in future also.

They showed us different kinds of houses without any bias and helped us choose our own house which suits our budget and needs.The best and most rarest thing happened where they actually finished the sale and provided the keys of the property to us on time without any delay.

The product rate provided was also very cheap and to the best of my knowledge, the most value for money house available in the area and the market.The price they provided was nominal compared to the luxury they offered us and the interior of the house was also done beautifully with high class amenities which helped choose the house.

My uncle bought a villa in Casagrand and I accompanied with my uncle. Its really a fantastic experience for me. They offer value for money and their quality of construction is awesome.

Their customer service is good which shows their sincereness and respect to their customers. They do proper justification to their projects. Their sales team is very competent and they support us in a very polite manner. Even my uncle said that their service is amazing since he has come across many real estate space.

Staffs courtesy is also wonderful. They clearly explain everything and made customers satisfied. They provide different ranges of house that suits customers demand. They also delivered the property to my uncle on the correct time as they promised us.

Product implementation rate is cheap and to the best. I was shocked on the price they provide us with such a good luxurious comfort at this low cost. The interior works are great, even I decided to buy a villa in this Casagrand. My uncle felt very happy and satisfied for the property he bought.

Each and every project they have different amenities.I really impressed about their project.

Customer service is simply superb and they are responding good services and good price that also quite good not too costly.

Each step of purchasing process right from site visit to delivery their staff courtesy is nice and their approach is awesome.

They addressed in very professional and ethinical way and they offer value for their products is unbeatable.

I recently got married and was looking for the perfect family home. I stumbled upon a Casagrand Ad and enquired about their property. Their service and ambience from there on was warm and enduring. They understood the needs of my family and budget. Then they took us to see the property and showed us the model villa. It was absolutely amazing with all the amenities you can imagine, a gym, a swimming pool and so much more. My wife and I were very impressed. Great service, great location, great property. First when we saw the greens we thought it was nice but were still confused. But what made us to go finally was the manager, the staff. thanks to them we now feel like they think for the customers and plan and work according to as what their customers like. They staff walked us through concerns of every buyer from payments to safety measures of the apartment. We were impressed with the presentation and hospitality of Casa Grande staff

I have booked a flat at Casa Grande Cherry Pick in Perumbakkam and am very happy with the pace of construction and the customer service.I am so happy from thier all sevices and ficilities.It's much less edgy and confrontational than the latest Brazilian export to make international festival waves. Domestic prospects are dicey for a film which features some recognizable faces from the world of telenovela but in terms of execution falls somewhere between arthouse and mainstream modes.

its concentration on the tricky relations between masters and servants in an advanced 21st century economy. The results, however, feels more like a classy pilot for a serial than a properly distanced commentary on the form itself-a trick pulled off.

Finally I will say u its really BEST.

Casa grande is very gud developer and there are lot of projects which are quite amazing.I bought a landscape apartments in omr casa grande aldea and its very good.for every projects they are having lot of amenities which people wants and tempt to buy it.

They are responding good services are good.price is also quite good not too costly.and they are hand overing the key correctly and not delaying, if they do also not more than 1 1/2 month comparing to others.
