The Canopy Calyx project was supposed to finish and handed over in 2008 September; The semi completed project with out STP, BWSSB connection, GYM or club house and without A-khata was left to the owners in 2012. No compensation to the owners were given though mentioned in the sale agreement.

The builder has abandoned project fully now (2013) without completion of above tasks and started a new firm called Canopy Estates which was previously known as Canopy Dwellings. They don't have good ethics and very good at manipulation and giving reasons.

There are 2 brothers and they keep blaming each other for the current situation in this project and totally washed off their hands off.

Think twice when you hear the brand Canopy or Rizvi brothers.

latest news is they starting yet another new company and calling that United Developers.
How they find people to believe them.
one is to abandon a project belonging to one company.
then start new company.
start 2 m...ore projects and leave them incomplete.
then start another new company.
same people but new company names.
then they tell new company is not responsible or accountable for old company's promises.
where is law and justice?
canopy calyx project has no bwssb connection.
no a khatha.
no club house.
no gym.
the builder is not available for communication.
no other body like credai also can help.
all hard earned money of so many gullible customers is gone.

Hi there is ahuge mistake i know Canopy Estates very well and being ahappy client of thier project this company has nothing to do with Canopy Dwellings P Ltd which was run by another person who now has opened his new venture called United Sustainable...Developer..Canopy Estates CMD is very polite and flexible i have personally met him over many issues and got out his cabin happily..so guys cheer up..
