Kindly do not purchase any flat from this builder. They are a fraud group. They build structures that are totally unfit to live. If you want to leave peacefully in a new home then do not purchase property from this builder.

I visited Candeur landmark a couple of months back. They have shown only 2 flats and said this is only available. I cannot believe on that. While asking for price list Mr. Jayprakash said it will be available only while booking. They were very reluctant to give price in black and white and in writing. When I checked on other forum price was quoted less than what they told me. I refused to deal on property saying price is higher. They started abusing saying I am begger and cannot afford their flats. Pathetic behavior from staff. Don't waste your time even to visit the property.

I recently visited this project located in vathur. It is designed very well and vastu is 100%.

looks like more spacious and more ventilated than other buildings. They are starting another project on the same road. Hoping it will come better than this project.
