Am a business man from Calicut itself.

I was looking for a perfect flat/ apartment in calicut for my family of 6 members. Had visited many projects in calicut but nothing was good enough to meet our needs. At last my friend who was working in Dubai suggest Landmark's project @ IrigAnasultanllur.

Visited the project and the support and project description given by the staffs was excellent. I had spend almost a day there, they showcased every single thing about the project.

Now after 3 months I visited the project again, was heading to completion and the amenities they showcased was stunning.

My family and me was really surprised and happy to own a flat in that project. Thanks Landmark

I had read about Calicut Landmark builders in a newspaper article in Hindu. After checking the website I read about Highland’s project and was happy to know about the location in Methottuthazham, close to Calicut city. Highlands Villas set up against four acres of tranquil greenery in Methottuthazham, Calicut and is situated just 1.6km away from Mavoor Road. Since I was looking for a four bedroom villa, Highlands I think will be the correct plan since it is close to town and also within the budget I am looking for. I even spoke to the sales manager. Hopefully I will be purchasing this before I leave for Dubai in April.
