We bought a dining table from them for a price of Rs.22, 600 after seeing he showroom piece(Invoice SB13-SIAO 1228)
Cache guys said they will not deliver until the full payment is made. We agreed and made the full payment. However, to our surprise when the dining table was received its legs were uneven and it was wobbling, not just that, one of the chairs had a broken base.(Some quality check I must say)
The driver was not ready to take it back stating that the showroom must be closed. But since we did not agree to give an acknowledgement of the delivery unless the quality product was delivered, he took it back.
A supposedly "new" and "good quality" dining table was delivered. Its legs were again misaligned and had a hole on the top.(pictures attached for this one)
When we refused to take the delivery again, the driver gave us the same response and said he will take it back once he gets a new dining table from showroom. We agreed but left a comment on their delivery form about the issue. We have called them since then and we have mailed them since them.its been over a month and still no action has been taken from them.
On 15 Jan we finally received a false hope from some Pooja from this email id info@cachefurnitures.net stating that the dining table will be it replaced "today or latest by tomorrow."
I guess their today is bygone and tomorrow never comes.
My advice, do not ever purchase a furniture from them. After spending your hard earned money on their furniture all you will end up with is defective and low quality "furniture" and loads of dissatisfaction and frustration.
