Recently I purchased a plot with thier project. They supported me untiredly for the loan processing till the registration. I was very happy for their prompt service. They did not ask for down payment till I get the loan sanction. Full process were very smooth and their MD Mr.Venkatesh kumar very impressive and now I admire him after my meeting with him. They are straight forward and very decent. I strongly recommend to the buyers to try buying their projects.

We have purchased a plot and villa for me and my sister. Being 1st buyer to build a house we don’t know whom to trust and quality of material . But Mr. Kaleem vice president take us to the process and quality of material used and we blindly followed him .At last our dream was fulfilled more than what we expected . We and trust them for purchasing the plot or villa.

I purchased three plots from Budget housing and properties located in Oragadam. Mr. Balaji provided excellent assistance and addressed all of our concerns. He supported us throughout the registration process, and it is gratifying to encounter individuals like Balaji who provide such exceptional service to their customers.

Worst experience. They cheated 10, 000 INR booking amount which they promised shall be refunded if they don't secure loan from their tie up banks (we stated very clearly from the beginning that we are not in a position to pay more than 1 lakh as down payment and they agreed & promised the same before getting booking amount in hand). after paid the 10k booking amount on june 1st 2023, they ask to pay in lakhs as down payment and refuse to refund the booking amount breaking their original promise. the owner mr venkat is very money minded and deceitful person who can go to any length before getting booking amount and once got the money in hand will show his true face. original no question refund was thrown in air, now he says he must ask more money than this 10k to compensate for his staff's energy wasted! I don't understand what kind of energy his staff wasted. because in truth our energy and money wasted since we used our own vehicle to visit his site & office, paid booking amount after his fake promise instantly via gpay now he brags booking amount is taken for his staff's energy wasted. even I paid for his staff's lunch during site visit to his plot since his staff Priya ma'am and her driver was sitting next to us in our lunch saying her owner mr venkat doesn't gave money for their lunch. out of compassion we paid for their food (they told shall pack back after getting from their owner but they never paid and we never asked since it's for food) but inturn as thanks we were treated like beggers asking our booking amount 10k hard earned money back in our dire situation. Till date feb 29th 2024 we didn't received our booking amount. worst people met so far. beware buyers!

They were good in executing project within short time. but quality is poor.

They handover the project incomplete and then never bother to complete. in my case, they handed over project with lot of small work to do. Even though they were building another house just adjacent to us, they never bothered to complete pending works.

I asked them to make compound wall and paid advance in Feb 19, they filled base in Aug 19 and today it is dec 19, still now, they are not bothered to complete work.

Earlier they used to pick up phones, now they are ignoring.

I am frustrated
