Builder is very pathetic..don't go with any projects of BU Bhandari.

Doesn't follow RERA ... he Don't even care about his commitment.upon asking possession or if he has any plan no answer...

Don't get into his trap. Don't just look for carpet .. quality of work is also not good. Big fraud like DSK.

Don't waste your money. No brand value.. False possession dates... Non cooperative staff... Fake promises about possession date by sales team. Promise any possession date verbally and date is different in agreement. Not a bit of work progressed of flat from last disbursement 1.5 years ago. Management doesn't replies on mails asking about possessions and not talk about any compensation for delaying the possession.

We booked in 2018 it’s been 3 years we have booked possession committed from builder was 20 Dec .the pace at which work is going it will take another 1 year to complete.very slow in work Never go with name .

I strongly recommendnot to book. Pathetic experience. Value of zero is greater when I see this project. fraud word of possession Dec-18 and mentioned Dec-19 in registration doc. Poor construction quality. Dont waste your money.

They will take money from customers and promise for early possession. I am been victim by purchasing this property waiting since from 1 year for possession. They took all money which they can take from bank loan and then they stop working progress.

It is a generally known fact that a simple civil complaint will always fail to deliver a good result so as to been affected by something like having the builder not been quite proficient or faithful to hand over the possession in the said deadline.
