I visited the office in Sahakarnagar 2 weeks back and helped by the team to visit the site.

Site is located on Devanahalli - Doddaballapur road. There are some upcoming projects by private developers on this road, e.g. Godrej Reserve. The new DC office is nearby around 2 km. Obedenahalli automotive industrial area is about 8 km. Also L&T factory and Gitam(deemed university).

Right now only project board is put up with site office. Site is covered with eucalyptus trees and is not cleared. Society team members said STRRA and BMRDA approval received, but BIAPPA pending and will start work after that.

I booked site. Hoping for the best

As an investor seen and enquired about most of the projects in North Bangalore, as a results I'm attracted to this BSNL projects were they're developing there layouts attached to STRR ring road. Payments are flexible & we can select our site on our own.

If your looking for decent approcation on your investment do have 3 to 4 years of mindset and invest on this projects.

This Project is located in Ring Road and in Growth Corridor of Bengaluru. Its close to Airport and KIADB Industrial Area. The best thing about this Project is Price Point and Easy Instalments which give lot of flexibility for people like me. I have invested in this project and I am expecting the price to be around 2500-3000 per sft in that area in next 3 years.

I have seen this society couple of years back and did not book it for some reason but before lockdown, it happened to visit the nearby location and got to know they're into 3 projects now.

Projects wise they're good and really progressive. So I've booked few plots recently. Hope to see some good amount of returns in future.

Its a society project and the location is nice. Invest with 2-3 years in mind, we can expect minimum of 3000 to 4000 Rs per sft. They have got all dimensions and will be developed as per approving authorities. I invested in Panaroma because it's close to Hyderabad highway and we can expect commercialization in future. RECOMMENDED TO INVEST

We visited the Eco Nirvana and Eco Panaroma location before lockdown and found it extremely good for investment. Personally I liked Eco Nirvana because of the NH road facing width the project has and of course the location as compared too Eco Panaroma.

Eco Panaroma is also good but I liked and invested in Nirvana. Five years should be the good time for the area to develop in terms of settlement in terms of infrastructure it is bang on the NH and Ring Road, DC office, airport, KIADB area, schools and colleges. Considering the future growth prospects of North Bangalore it will definitely give you good returns on investment. Thumbs up and 5 stars for this project

I have visited all society projects on that road and I feel this team and location is perfect for my investment. Its surrounded by hills and mountains and it's completely gonna be a different eco system in few years.

I have experience of investing in Society Projects in the past and I can vouch that this the best Society Project to invest in from locations as well as from execution point of view. You cannot compare Society Projects with Private Projects where the prices are very high.

I had visited the project area almost after 10 years and believe I was presently surprised to see the developments in that area. We had a detailed discussion with the project team and I was really impressed the way they give the information and explain the Housing Society process. We decided to book a site in Eco Project. I personally recommend this project to all the people who have a investment horizon of 3 years. You can definitely expect around 3-4K in 3-4 years.
