Nice development in that area and project location is nice

I have done site visit and was convinced about the development in that area.

The project is facing to 6 lane highway which is also a Ring Road and as per my research additional budget has been allocated for the progress of this road.

There are lot of companies operational in KIADB industrial area and there is new proposed SEZ for IT upcoming in that area.

There are Government offices, GEETAM university and reputed schools in that area.

One thing I liked the most about this project is you get best of two worlds, appreciation for your investment as well as the beauty of Nandi Hills which is close by.

I personally recommend this project.

But I see few reviews which I felt are inappropriate to this society / project.

My only suggestion to people who are serious abt investing in society project is to know the process. My family and friends have gained good returns on investing in society project before.

I think you have incorrectly posted your comments in this forum

Me and many of my friends and relatives have invested in this society and are regularly interacting with the society people including the president and we never had any complaints like the way you have described.

Everybody who have invested or at least visited the project/society very well knows about this society in terms of customer interaction, They are very courteous and open for any clarifications and people can simply walkin even without prior appointment. Even when people directly visit the site location also, they have staff to address them. I'm sure anybody who have visited the society will agree with my statement.

Kindly ensure that you post your comments in the correct forum as you might have misunderstood with some other project.

Because society people are very approachable and as far as I know societies process withdrawals.

I am writing this review because I know my friends who called society guys after reading review by Anonymous and they clearly explained the progress and process(which I am personally convinced and happy about).

I gave the first installment in December 2017 and so far there is so sign of progress. The land they acquired is under dispute . They aren't giving the refund. Says they have to first sell the property and then give refund. I have been unemployed since covid and have been requesting them for my money. But now the president an unprofessional inhuman guy has stopped taking my calls and neither their office picks up the calls.

I am planning to file a case against them for defraud .

Please don't invest your hard earned money. They aren't responsible or accountable. It's just a clear scam taking money from people and then keeping it for years .

Am following this project since one year and have enquired with different people, the project is doing decently in terms of progress. I spoke to the society people and convinced with the details and recently booked a site . The area has gone through lot of developments . People who can wait for couple of years are mainly investing here. Am looking for one more site, what is the procedure to join this group. is this an official group from the society employees.should I need to share my booking details here to join.

Last week I visited this project on my way to nandi hills and could see lot of developments and new layouts coming in that road. The road is wide and good. I enquired few projects and could see the price range from 800 to 3500 depending on the layout. Devanahalli and Doddabellapura railway station is there. Columbia hospital is there. Good Investment option. waiting period is there. best suited for peaceful out of city living. commercial developments are also coming. can someone tell about the public transport connectivity to this area which is less I think.

Let us all use this forum constructively, seeing the anonymous comments I inquired if the project was really started in 2014.The project was started 3 years back. It was explained to me that it is not a ready to register project and takes time for approvals and allotment.It has now come to the stage of allotment is what I understand. I have been referred by my friend who booked 2 years before who was one of initial persons to book in project and he also said the same. Incorrect remarks slows down the project which affects genuine customers like me who is waiting for allotment. I request the admin of this group to verify each and every reviews before approving to post here.

Regular Progress update

My relative is a retired employee and got allotment in other old BSNL/Telecom layouts, In his view, Societies are good as long as they show regular progress towards the goal of layout formation. If the progress gets stagnant, then we should worry. I booked in Dec 2019 and so far I received two updates one related to civil work and other related to land conversion which is good. but we should ask the society for regular updates at least every quarter. My relative says societies are good for people who want low cost site near to city limits but the cost is waiting period. The purpose I bought is for investment and appreciation so timeline is not a worry for me. But regular updates we should ask the society.

I have invested last year and getting regular updates from society even during the lockdown period. Am worried now seeing all these reviews. Some are good and some are bad. Only a private blog website listed this as blacklisted and when I checked the complete list even bda and some reputed builders are also there, so I dont want to trust these private blogs as these are not official. When I booked I took my friend who is in real estate and he said the process they follow is as per the society concept and no need to worry and so I booked. Am waiting to see the allotment process next year they committed.

I also have entered into business by booking a plot on 10/10/2018. Tried calling the executive to give updates but very often seen irresponsible and couldn't get satisfaction about the on/off going project. Assured that By 2020 allotment will start. But wondering about the project progress. Having investment 30% and with membership fee. My suggestion to all investors why we should not form an purchasers association? All those investment should be productive. Let's form a WhatsApp group so that we can get updates from time to time. Now it's been 24 months past. Still waiting.

Now rate has been increased to 1400 if anyone wants I am willing to give my seniority with present value and goodwill.

We(relatives n friends) have booked 12 plots in ECO 360 . We were promised of allotment within a year based on seniority, it is delayed for more than 2 years now. They have still not got the DC convention and BIAPPA approval. Has any one verified that BSNL as acquired this land ? If BSNL as acquired then they should show the documents to us.
