I think you have incorrectly posted your comments in this forum

Me and many of my friends and relatives have invested in this society and are regularly interacting with the society people including the president and we never had any complaints like the way you have described.

Everybody who have invested or at least visited the project/society very well knows about this society in terms of customer interaction, They are very courteous and open for any clarifications and people can simply walkin even without prior appointment. Even when people directly visit the site location also, they have staff to address them. I'm sure anybody who have visited the society will agree with my statement.

Kindly ensure that you post your comments in the correct forum as you might have misunderstood with some other project.
