I have invested in this project

Review On BSNL Employees And Citizen House Building Co-Operative Society Ltd., Bangalore

I have done site visit and was convinced about the development in that area.

The project is facing to 6 lane highway which is also a Ring Road and as per my research additional budget has been allocated for the progress of this road.

There are lot of companies operational in KIADB industrial area and there is new proposed SEZ for IT upcoming in that area.

There are Government offices, GEETAM university and reputed schools in that area.

One thing I liked the most about this project is you get best of two worlds, appreciation for your investment as well as the beauty of Nandi Hills which is close by.

I personally recommend this project.

But I see few reviews which I felt are inappropriate to this society / project.

My only suggestion to people who are serious abt investing in society project is to know the process. My family and friends have gained good returns on investing in society project before.
