I was looking for an investment option in hyderabad and so I consulted many relatives and friends in hyderabad, they suggestad me to go for a bscpl home, even though I read online about the reviews and things. I wanted to see how things were and so I phoned bscpl for a site visit to their project bollineni which was in madhapur. The flats seemed good and bigger than I had expected. even the servce was very good. I am lloking forward to owning my home.

Come rain, you could swim inside your own home

Have been living here for over 4 years, the short comings of the design is being exposed when it rains more than 1/2 hour, it looks like builder did not take into account natural gradient of the area during the design phase. North side of the township is very low compared to other parts and also water from outside township is coming in when it rains for more than 1/2 hour.

As it stands, one part of the township looks like water tank for nearby areas and people scramble to get away with family during those times. Charging heavy premiums for units in this township the least one would expect is to get some peace of mind, not get your family out of the place when there is 2 drops of rain, it is really pathetic.

None of the promised facilities like functional STP, RO water, Club House, Swimming pool etc. have been handed over to the association even after 5 years, maintenance is going from bad to worse while builder is collecting heavy amounts every month, they are refusing to attend to in house problems but would attend only common area issues.

Broken promises

BSCPL developers of bollineni hillside only knows to deliver broken promises.used our money but failed to deliver a functional STP, RO equivalent water, secure environment, club house etc. Moreover this place floods even after small rains.

Making our lives miserable. This township is built with faulty design and infrastructure. Potential buyers of phase 2, 3 and Iris.please beware!

Unfulfilled promises

No swimming pool, no stp, no ro equivalent water, no clubhouse, no gated community, slum all around, no support for internal maintenance. Water logging happens even if it rains for 2 hrs. No storm water drains. The builder is mostly apathetic towards all issues. They are very convincing as sales agents but totally non performers wrt to project delivery

Bscpl may be a good road builder but when it comes to homes. he turns roadside. stp - 1/5, wtp - 1/5, club house - 0/5, gated community -2/5, security - 1/5, over head tanks, 0/5, internal roads - 4/5. community -4/5, rain water harvest - 1/5, storm water drains - 0/5

Very good project

This is one of the finest projects/ community living I have seen in Chennai. The layout and design is good.

The amenities provided are also good. Looks a bit expensive.

Waiting for next phase to launch and see their prices. Since market has been very bad last few months, hope some reasonable pricing comes back into OMR market.
