Come rain, you could swim inside your own home

Have been living here for over 4 years, the short comings of the design is being exposed when it rains more than 1/2 hour, it looks like builder did not take into account natural gradient of the area during the design phase. North side of the township is very low compared to other parts and also water from outside township is coming in when it rains for more than 1/2 hour.

As it stands, one part of the township looks like water tank for nearby areas and people scramble to get away with family during those times. Charging heavy premiums for units in this township the least one would expect is to get some peace of mind, not get your family out of the place when there is 2 drops of rain, it is really pathetic.

None of the promised facilities like functional STP, RO water, Club House, Swimming pool etc. have been handed over to the association even after 5 years, maintenance is going from bad to worse while builder is collecting heavy amounts every month, they are refusing to attend to in house problems but would attend only common area issues.
