I purchased a home from Brigade in south bangalore, even though there was a delay in handing over I was impressed by their service and courtesy. Till date I have not incurred any issues, the apartment is in great condition and I feel I have got a lot of amenities and space for the amount that was paid. The estate team has been overworked and still they manage to do a great job, I would just tell all the people who are purchasing or planning to purchase with Brigade, please have some patience and be courteous to them and you will get the same in return.

Unauthorised construction in Brigade Meadows as per RTI response from KPA, no clarification from Brigade yet.

This is one isolated incident, I feel one shouldn't judge the entire group for this. I have posted my personal opinion based on my experience for others to know and that should be respected.

If your review is on brigade meadows then i am not agreeing with review. Their are n number of serious issues in this project. Please mention your project which you are feeling really good.
