Operations team of brick and bolt is the reason my friend referred me to Brick and Bolt and I was not disappointed. I was initially sceptical but met 5-6 customers of brick and bolt, they shared their experience and were overall happy with the way their home had come out.

I am also satisfied by the operations team, the team is young and hence they listen to us, unlike some players who have their set ways of doing, they help you out and find solutions for your requirements.

Had doubt initially with the company as they had mixed reviews in Bangalore and relatively new to Chennai to be frank. satisfied with there work, construction is going as per the schedule completely satisfied with there work till now, But still a long way to go will post a review back in few months again with there works.

Their job planning is excellent. They explained everything in detail before beginning work or signing any contract for their services, which is a great thing. They first explained their work method and pricing, and if you are satisfied, they will begin construction work. They create and choose high-quality materials with care, and their work management is no joke. They are quite professional in their work.

They really make your life easy. If you go directly go with contractor they cheat you on money matter and quality also. This is the best way to construct your lifetime dream home. Always site engineer update you in the site inspection app and around 350 quality checks are performed. Every thing will be transperant and trustworthy.

Brick and Bolt never build a house but give sub contract after their commission take initially as 10%, The contractors here are just bogus they dont know construction work, simply assign work to labour based on construction design and keep on ask more money as market price.

Dont give material contract to any company since all are same looters. better take labour contractors(mestri) and start construction.

My Project in Bangalore assigned to sub contractor(Unnati construction simply they are looters, within a month many cracks on wall.)

I approached BNB firm in 2019 to get my home and office constructed in the same building. I made the decision to build my office on the ground floor, and I wanted a residence on the upper floors. It was very great as they gave me beautiful design suggestions for my home and office. Construction was done correctly, and good materials were used. It took two years to develop, and the project was finished on schedule according to the contract. Their service was truly exceptional, and I haven't discovered any construction issues to yet. Everything was completed flawlessly.I love this.
