My Crn id is 171218, all the positive reviews are fake posted by there own employees, My crn number is 171218, brick and bolt gave quotation of 32 lakhs, contractor charged more and made it to 42 lakhs, they out source contract to some local contractor, thet will eat you alive if you dont give extra money they dont start the work only, site engineers dont have any idea about project, please dont give contract to them your life will turn hell, me and my family suffering a lot because of brick and bolt

3)Site engineer Very polite & always giving positive responses.

4)In time work is happening at Site.

5) Transparancy in every stage of construction.

6) Material used for construction as per agreement no deviation in that.

7) Brick n bolt have very good control on contractors.

8) Money safety.

10)Curing carried out 15 days continuously.

Despite of having many doubts , the team had managed to execute the plans really well.They have met the expectations with respect to quality and timelines. Project Engineer , project manager , RM the team was very helpful in case of needed at any stage off time. There are few hickups due to environmental issues but the team has covered that in timelines and made us happy. We will shrely recommend Brick and Bolt to our knowns.
