I had plans to build house on my plot and had consulted brick and bolt company for the estimation cost and house plan. I had paid 10000 for the floor plan and received the floor plan as well. the sales executive of the company had assured me to refund rs. 5000 if I don't want to go ahead with construction from brick and bolt.
subsequently I decided to postpone my construction plan for some unavoidable reasons. I asked the company to refund rs 5000 as I've planned to construct after one year. it's been 3 months and I'm yet to get my refund. I now think that I've made the right decision by not entrusting my project to brick and bolt which is nothing but a pathetic non responsive company.
