Brick and Bolt never build a house but give sub contract after their commission take initially as 10%, The contractors here are just bogus they dont know construction work, simply assign work to labour based on construction design and keep on ask more money as market price.
Dont give material contract to any company since all are same looters. better take labour contractors(mestri) and start construction.
My Project in Bangalore assigned to sub contractor(Unnati construction simply they are looters, within a month many cracks on wall.)
