Unprofessional and incompetent builders SJR

Review On Bren SJR Group, Bangalore

I had lot of apprehension purchasing an SJR apartment, after reading many negative comments in various websites. I still went ahead and purchased an apartment, to regret it much later. SJR will reduce the floor area once they complete the apartment.

They are completely unprofessional in their interactions and it is disappointing to deal with them. There is absolute lack of co ordination between various departments and they do not care about the customers. Their quality of product seems to be better compared to other builders, but they do not deliver their promised amenities. If you have an option, you should avoid SJR. My interactions with other builders have been much better.

I have noted that SJR has tried to counter the negative comments on the internet by creating fake accounts and posting excellent comments about themselves. It is very disappointing behavior from them.

very true. most of the positive reviews are like advertisements given by SJR builders themselves. Just read the positive reviews carefully and you will understand. All fake reviews. Customers - be careful and don't be oollu (owl).
