Huge NO. NOT at all near to quality marks

Construction quality is very bad.

Seepage through walls even before the construction completion.

STP plant needs rebuilding it. Full of worms in the flush water & shower water.

Builder didn't handover to association yet & builder is maintaining still. But, the quality of maintenance by builder is very poor.

God save the owners.

We do not get to do anything productive at our own house. They claim an interest fee if we want to do anything productive at our house.
No update on why possession is being delayed.

They take so much time for possession that you will have anxiety and panic attacks because they do not even bother to keep you updated.

The interiors of the building is not that good and the building is built in an area where there are lots of chaos and noise pollution, so you will definotely not get peace of mind at this place!

There have been many cases where the experts in the real estate industry have feared a price hike by 30 to 40 percent which is besides the unrealistic prices that the developers are seen quoting if they charge on super built up areas as compared to carpet area.

Parks are very few in the vicinity leaving little to no room to cater to personal fitness and breathing activities. The children find it difficult to find time for outdoor playing and old find it difficult to casually stroll around when need be.

Since the past few months, it has been seen that many of the under constructed projects are getting exorbitantly higher in their formation and construction since many of these are financed by the banks. The banked then charge these builders very high interest rates that is not suitable.

The materials used for construction are not of good quality and when we moved to the house we were very happy because the place looks so good, but now we know that this place has so many problems like leakage and water problems and cracks in the ceiling!
