The residential plot BPTP District is simply amazing and comes under Deen Dayal Awas Yojna Scheme. I would highly recommend to invest in this affordable scheme.

BPTP is a fraud company. Booked a flat with them in 2008. More than 13 years have passed, haven't received possession yet. Paid 95% of the cost. They revised area on paper and also charged extra money in the name of taxes. Neither picking up phone, nor responding to mails. They are thieves. Stay away from this company and also inform other people about this fraudster company.

Booked the flat about 8 years backed with committed delivery by July 2017 as per agreement(with grace period of 6 months), paid 100% as demanded(90% of the total project cost). No visibility of allotment till date.

Company is fraud and diverted the funds to other projects.

This project offers all the valuable amenities and facilities to residents along with good nearby connectivity to physical and social infrastructure. I will recommend to take a site visit to know more about this project

Don't invest your hard earned money with any project of BPTP, they are fraudsters. I bought a property in Sector-77, Faridabad almost 10 years ago and still no posession is given to me after paying almost full amount of flat. Don't know when they will give possession or will they give or not.

Save your money by not buying any of BPTP properties. The after service is pathetic, no one picks the phone in any dept. Worst you will see. Fraud charges in electricity Bill and they will show outstanding amount even after paying the Bill's on time. They all should be jailed hopefully after I file an FIR this week.

I bought a floor on park elite floor. As they where not able to give possession on said period. They agree to give the delayed compensation. Now it's more than 1 year and till now they haven't given the compensation yet. I have been mailing them about the same to transfer it to my BPTP maintenance account. There reply is file is in process. No date and where it has been stuck is not clear. It's the worst customer service by any builder.

The builders are very sweet till the time of possession, but once the possession date starts nearing, they show their true colors. No one will answer your phone and they will not even give any explanation for the delay in possession of the flat on which you have invested your heard earned money!

Kindly be careful while buying plots from these person(Chandra Arora And Ramandeep) as they make false promise and try to misguide buyer. These people deal in BPTP plots. Ramandeep(Sardar) is a fraud in Greater Faridabad and they are misguiding the people by showing fake property document. Ramandeep(Sardar) collect money from buyer as a token amount by showing fake document after that they dont return the money. These people tried to sell plot PB-406 in sector 77 by fraud method. Most of the meeting in evening or in night, when you guys ask for documents then they show one document and make excuse of night.

I have visited BPTP flats in Faridabad three months before and when I looked the flats I am totally dissatisfied with it. First thing that the wall's cement quality is totally worst and cheap and it should need a repair again. Also the doors of the flat are not in good condition, some of them have termites which proves that the wood of it is also cheap quality. The outer environment of the flats is also not good and is totally look like a village. Also it does not have a proper drainage system and anyone can become sick who lives there. So guys never buy this bptp flat.

Bptp township in faridabad is the worst Township I have ever seen. I visited the site 3-4 times but I found it very depressing. The designs of flats is not up to the mark and material used is of low quality. Security system is not good at all, it gives you a feel of being in a village. The nearby sewarage pond offers very bad smell all the time. The cellular network in that area is very poor. I will not recommend it to anyone.

Bptp, fridabad on the flats. This room sizes is as if in each room very small and single size bed has to enter on the room. When I ask for refund they seid they will charges minimum 25% something of the agreed value of the prosperity and so I will not get any my refunded. Otherwise this builder's rooms are there but they are expensive. Some of these are electricity charges and power up chargesor administrative charges. And etc. Finely all permission and used fir end this my words not bad.

I have made a mistake of buying a flat at Park Floors 2, Sector 76 Faridabad. I made that mistake but you don't.PLEASE.! The quality of construction is awfully low.

There is seepage from 3 walls.bulb holders are falling off.Plaster is falling off.i was having a split AC installed and when the person installing the unit hit the wall with a hammer the entire brick came out of the wall from the other side.the tiles in the bathroom are shabbily fixed. there is just sand in the walls and practically no cement.the plaster comes off during rains exposing bricks. the common areas are dirty and the garbage collector rings the bell at 1 PM. My neighbor just had a narrow chance with death when a really big chunk of plaster came off the ceiling.luckily they were not home at that time.whenever a door bangs because of wind all the plaster around falls off.this is just a small part of real picture.

BPTP is a company with no moral fiber or integrity. They over charged me by Rs 19 K and when I ask for it they say that we owe them VAT money which is actually still being contested in court. Many of their projects have been held up and are not moving ahead.

When ever someone tells me about buying a flat with BPTP I tell them about the facts and they actually thank me.! NOW THEY HAVE REFUSED REPLYING TO MY MAILS.! What a crying shame.and how stupid could I be to buy a flat from them.!

Will not recommend any of my friend to invest here in BPTP Parklands Park Elite Floors.

I have purchased a unit 7 years back in this and since then they are very slow in construction and now from last three years there is no construction is going on and only the brickwork is only done.

Every time I contact customer care only got copy paste responses no timeline for possession of unit. Highly dislike

I booked flat in BPTP princess park 7 years back and they offered  possession Dec 13 and took away all outstanding amount, facility management charges and registry amount. Now surprise this fraud company informs that registry presently not possible for L tower because occupation certificate not there.

Have you ever seen such a fraud company which does not give penalty for late completion and after taking all payment in Dec. Does not give possession!

If BPTP is reading it either refund me all money with interest and opportunity cost lost or else I would have not option but to go to court.
