BPTP is the shittiest of all the Real Estate Developers in NCR and I am saying with some authority as I deal with Real Estate Developers all the time. They will leave no option to cheat their buyers. Some of the ways that will cheat you are:

1. They will not allot you a unit in the project where you book if that project really takes off.

   
   




2. If a project starts giving good premium/returns, they will cancel your booking and give you your money back(Yes they can do that if you read the contract/agreement).

   
   




3. They will delay the construction for reasons only known to them.

   
   




4. They are using the cheapest quality of material on the site.

   
   




5. They will then ask for an increase in payments once they offer you the possession. This can be due to any reason.

   
   




6. They will ask you for extra money on one pretext or the other. Some of these are  Electricity charges, power back up charges, administrative charges etc.

   
   




7. They will then also ask you ADDITIONAL money for increase in raw material prices. This increase is due to delay in construction and for this they will make YOU pay

   
   




8. Then they will delay the possession to you for all the reason as long as they can.

   
   

After all this, once you receive the unit that you booked, then you will realize that you hardly made any money by buying their unit.

So, please BEWARE of this company and refrain from investing with these CHORS.
