I booked a flat in BPTP Parkland and the experience was horrible. They had taken Rs 4 Lakh from me and were not initiating development of the building for 3 years.

Nor were they ready to sign an agreement with me. When I asked for refund they said they will charge 25% of the agreed value of the property and so I will not get any refund. Finally I had to go to the consumer court and police to get back the money due. I will advise people and dealers to refrain from this cheat.
