My dear Friends /brother and sister .My sincere advise, please do not fall in to trap with these builders, even if you spend 5 to 10 lacs more go with reputed builder, below are the points how to trap and cheat innocent common people like us 1.Initally when they start marketing they say every thing is approved by BBMP and show the approval letter everthing, but when they start constructing they will deviate to maximum extent and they will not even inform us .They will not leave the correct set backs as per the approval by BBMP.They will just say that they are constructing only one floor which is not is plan .

2.Just before the basic amnities(water, power, lift) are completed they will force to register the property.If you have taken loan then for regestration bank would release the entire amount to builder .Once you have paid entire amount then you are under their control and you need to follow up like a hell with these guys to complete the left out work.

3.Construction quality is vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv poor, they promise Branded fitting in bathroom and fix local one at the time of completion, again you need to follow up like any thing.

4.They will not perform proper putty work on wall and it will look like a sea wave on which you surf:P

5.Builders will hold two car park each and give us some small car parking, in that you have to park your car and also your two whleers, but for buliders they will have two or more car parks and they will comfatably park their SUVS and two wheelers .

6.Initally when the projects start they will be using small cars but once project come to completion they will come in BMWS /FORTURER AND expensive cars which has taken by cheating us.

7.Last but not least .there will not be nay  occupancy certificaticate(OC) and completion certificate(CC) provided by BBMP as they have deviated to maximum extent and ALSO WE WILL NOT A-KATHA, if you call them and request them to help in get A-KATHA builders will never help and you are left in between .Legally it is illegal to stay in apartment where there no OC and CC.

Even after paying all our hard earned money we need to stay in illegal property.Hence my sincere request is please do not fall in to such traps .

I am very happy to be a part of BM Developers One more reason I have bought a 2 BHK flat in the project of this builder is because it is in the location of Whitefield, Bangalore. This builder always listens what the customer is asking as well as what are the expectations and delivers according to it. They are available all 7 days a week for answering any queries or questions.

In their each customer is able to talk directly to owner of company for any type of concerns and able to meet and discuss any ideas with any of the trade’s employee of BM Developers .They deliver exactly what was promised to you on time. There were no terms and conditions which were given by them at the time of booking and the flat always dealt with fairly and with open mind.

Please don't ever dream to purchase a property from BM developers in life if you want o live your rest of life happily and safely..

They attract with their marketing and with very good brouchers...you need to invest all your time and effort in getting your flat ready at last.

The quality of construction will be soooooooooooo poorrrrrrr. 100 % deviations they do... they  collect all your money before the flat and amenities complete and at last you will be in a soup tracking them..

I had a bitter experience in booking a flat at BM marvel and I am regretting my self for the mistake committed.

They don't even give you a proper parking slot which they promise and all they say at least is we can give a small car park ...

They say 3 bore wells.. and at the you end you see only 2 at last....

No proper katha's

they way they treat customers is horribleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee..as if you need to just take what they offerr...

Finally took a house in BM developers magnolia. It is lovely and I'm getting a charge out of each snippet of it.

In spite of the fact that I needed to purchase a house, I happened to lift this up for rent as I have other property arranges lined up. The region is great and the pads are very much kept up. I got another house which has not been lived in.

I had Packers and movers carry out the employment for me on Sunday and they did it consummately. Should surrender a head's to Lead. Simply settling in and signing on to Team BHP as my airtel association just got actuated here.

Even I had purchased a flat in BM silver all amenities were good, it is quite accesble to my office iam happy with my happy home.even I suggest my friends to go far site visit.

Before going to buy these property I had seen positive and negative reviews both .I had gone to site visit I can feel what is in the catalogue is same with the project really happy with the  flat.Thumbs up to BM Developers keep going
