Nishitas/Blubell/Image/Nishitas readymix are waste

I am sure you(MD of Nishithas& Bluebell properties and Image constructions and Nishitas Ready mix concrete) know how to cheat the customers, he don't know how to finish the apartment, almost all your apartments is just finished 40-50% and remaining it is hanging like dead body. I am sure you will accept this. He is a Big cheater, he will tell lot of things for cheating, but he don't do anything, he will sell the one flat for 2 people, he will make agreements only for 2 or more people. be careful before purchasing please. Even in Readymix also he use cheap quality materials to spoil builders quality.

Please be careful buyers, don't buy any flat from these builders, these people will play very nicely with Advertisements for investment purpose, they give advertisement for investment purpose, they show the land and say pre launch and will give flat at 50% less and they do registration for 2 or 3 people same flat, some times they do registration landlord flats also.

and then they doesn't do construction even for 6 or 7 years, they will initiate the funds and they will stop communication with you, after some days you can't talk with those people, they even don't respond to your calls.

now almost all flats are same situvation, customer will buy the home for his dream, but he will spoil the customer dream and will put in lot of troubles.

there are somany projects with these builders, name only different, person is only one.
