I had an extremely disappointing experience with Blessy Construction. The project was riddled with issues from start to finish. Here are the main problems I encountered:
Poor Quality Workmanship: The quality of work was subpar, with numerous errors and shoddy craftsmanship. Walls were uneven, tiles were improperly laid, and the paint job was terrible.
Delays and Unreliability: The project timeline was not adhered to at all. What was supposed to be a 1 Year project dragged on for over than two years, with numerous excuses and delays. The contractor often failed to show up or would come late without any prior notice.
Lack of Communication: Communication was a major issue. The contractor was difficult to reach, and when we did get in touch, the responses were often vague and unhelpful. Important updates were not provided unless we constantly followed up.
Unprofessional Behavior: The contractor and his team were often rude and unprofessional.
Hidden Costs: There were numerous hidden costs that were not disclosed upfront. The final bill was significantly higher than the initial quote, with many charges that were never discussed.
Overall, I strongly advise against hiring Blessy Construction for any construction or renovation work. The stress and frustration caused by their unprofessionalism and poor quality of work are not worth it. Look for a more reliable and reputable contractor to ensure your project is completed satisfactorily.
