Its one of the best project around Kalyan(W). Property is close to Shahad Railway Station and 2 KM away from Kalyan Railway Station. As Kalyan is selected as a Smart City, It's going to have same amenities like Thane.



  1. The construction contract given to Shapoorji Pallonji Group.



  2. The project has more than 70% open spaces.



  3. The CRM team is highly responsive for any query



  4. Builder update their customers every month regarding the progress of construction



  5. Every year Diwali festival builder sent Gift to their customers



  6. Builder conduct regular online session for Interior Designing, Women Empowerment, Kids Activities etc. to engage with customers.



  7. Builder provides the Modular Kitchen, Geyser, AC on Bedroom, Water Purifier on all flats.



  8. The price is slightly higher as compared to other builders due to its brand and quality.



  9. Builder has dedicated mobile app for its customer to manage the bookings, vault for storing all the documents etc.



  10. Builder also provide another App for Visitor management and other Facility related services.

I had a bad experience with this company because they make you sign unfair deals at the time of possession and if you do nt agree, they make your life a living hell and demand 10% extra charges on the flat!

This place is terrible during rains. Water seeps in during the rains and it floods really bad so it is quite a problem.

These people have not left any moment to charge us extra. Right from the booking to the time of possession and now the maintenance fee, everything is extraordinarily high.
Builder is not interested in the project.

All the specifications pertaining to the final purchase of many of the charges that the buyer have been charged in a proper price list is found to be missing which creates troubles while determining the final tally list.

Many of the developers in the past have been commonly facing this challenge of selling their stocked up prices since they are not been able to sell the flat since the sellers are unaware of changing your mind and accepting a higher offer from someone else when need be.

I was not able to celebrate my birthday on the terrace here although it is a common area because some people use up a lot of space here.

You cannot even design your on house here and you have to take permission from the builders, which is quite horrible because why ask someone else for permission to make changes in your own house?
