Wrong promises no customer service and respect

I booked a flat with Birla Apple Spire project 15 Months before. They promised me that they will provide me 5 lakh cash discount, PRE_ EMI Scheme until handover, North facing door by adding up lobby space with no extra charge. Delayed booking during vacation. But now they say that there is written proof on discount, PRE EMI scheme is valid until March 2017 while the hand over looks like will be done only after December 2017, North facing asking for.additional charges. They speak to customer without giving any respect. Doesn't value any promises. No responsible person to Talk to. Not a member of any builder forums to raise the complaints against them.
