As a happy resident of Birla Apple Aroma in JP Nagar's 8th phase, I can confidently say that this place is a true gem. Nestled on 2.5 acres of prime land, the property's design and layout are impeccable. With just 180 units spread across two towers, each floor offers a sense of exclusivity with only six units and convenient access to two lifts.

The two-level basement ensures ample parking space, while the ground floor and the 14 floors above are a testament to modern architectural brilliance. They are misleading with Birlas name, there is no involvement of Birla anywhere in the project.

Project is under construction since 2016 and there is no date on completion. Once you pay the money then their people don"t even pick the phone. They are fraud in the industry. No rating should be given, government should take action strict against these people.
