Jayesh Shah the owner of Bindu Promoters and Developers is an interstate fraud, goonda and a 420. He is master in serial fraud, threatening customers and fleecing them. First he will contact some local goondas and fraudsters and offer them freebies(like money, free apartments, business opportunities in his firm etc). This will go on for few years. Once he is acquainted with these local goondas, he will get into his fraud business and ask them to support him. These local goondas will support him in of his cheating activities. If anyone raises voice against him, these local goondas get into action on behalf of Jayesh. This is what this 420 jayesh has done in Bindu Amulya Aprtments, Bindu Anmol Aprtments and many other projects. In Bindu Amulya he has offered freebies to few local goondas like Anantharaju, Renu Gowda, Prasad Modak, Mahesh K, Paresh and several others. At the time of buying he has promised many amenities to customers. Now he has escaped without completing the project. Many works are half done and not started. Some places in common area is leaking, tiles broken, compound unfinished, some common walls left broken etc. Now these local goondas have stood in support for 420 jayesh. If any resident questions builder or take initiative to take action against the builder, these goondas threaten the residents by cutting their electricity connection, harassing their families, abusing women etc. This is how this 420 JAYESH runs his business and his family. He is the shameless man. Even an earthworm knows how to make its livelihood. But this so called full-fledged man embraced cheating and fraud activities to make his luxury life. He is doing all these showbaazi with stolen money from people. He has done Bindu Amulya apartment maintenance for 8 years with the help of above said local criminals and eaten people’s money. He knows how to swindle money from innocent people.

People have exposed his fraud business and that is why he has opened another firm BINDU VENTURES and closed business activities of BINDU PROMOTERS & DEVELOPERS. By wearing a new face mask this cunning man is active in the market to CHEAT PEOPLE. He has stopped building residential apartments now after his name spoiled in the market. With BINDU VENTURES he is constructing commercial buildings and school buildings. His civil engineer is Mr. Renu Gowda and he has been given a free apartment in Bindu Amulya. Along with Renu Gowda and several like minded people conman Jayesh is looting people of Karnatak. Be careful about this goonda builder!
