I purchased a plot in Phase-2 Bhoo Vaibhava Layout in 2017. Till date, there is no permanent power connection and neither did developer pay betterment charges to BBMP. Don't purchase any plots in bhoo ventures. You will be duped by the developer.

Don't trust bhoo developers they have done bhoo vaibhav Layout in Kyalasanahalli while selling sites they said there will be park and play area. But owners sold entire sites without giving proper amenities. And they didn't even give electricity connection for phase 2 layout residents are suffering and they didn't even lay tar to roads and he has not paid betterment charges to BBMP. Be cautious don't buy any sites from bhoo developers they are fraud beware, i don't want people to fray for trap . Alert????????????

Developers min obligation not completed since 3 ye

I bought site and constructed house in 2017. Till date I'm running on temporary electricity connection. We the layout people contacted developer several times and they promised to fix in 1/2/3 months but it is now close to 3 years and nothing got fixed yet. Very irresponsible.
