These guys treat you great until you pay money and they treat you like a sl after you pay money and clear dues.

They feel damn irritated whenever you ask for your basic rights such as documents, etc even after paying lakhs and lakhs.

They treat as if you are in "sathram" after making full payment.

I bought a plot in pioneer county 2 years back , During initial discussions they mentioned that they will maintenance for 3 yrs but now the situation was totally different.

They left venture like a barren land full of grass, unwanted trees and even roads was damaged fully in the layout. When ever I visit the layout i see the same, No maintenance af all.I request not buy in bhashayam developers.

They are reputed builders and you would not expect such a thing from them, but they delayed the possession for 3 years and used poor quality ingredients for construction, which is causing us so many problems.

Do not buy from this builder at any cost. They make false promises and take money from trusting buyers and fail to deliver even a single project. You will be naive to expect that you will get your hard earned money back and the interest rate that they promised in case the project got cancelled at the time of booking!

High end restaurants are very poorly occupied in this area. Accordingly, the area has poor liveability score. Since there are very less good eating and dining facilities, people prefer to stay abreast with locations that cater to their needs as and when they need it so as to go out to eat and live.

These builders charge for parking separtely when as per court ruling you cannot do that! They have many other such hidden charges that are not at all required, which leads to us shelling out a lot more money than is required every month!

The facing location is situated to a crowd which is not worth it. The nearby localities need improvement in terms of basic amenities. Transport facility is also not so good in this locality. There are no playing facilities to keep the body in an active state. It is not centrally located.
