Good Project but be Careful

Please see the payment schedule before signing the agreement. They have demanded more then 50% on reaching 10th floor milestone for a building of 32 floors!

I feel they are not reasonable on the payment slabs.

They will quote that we have agreed in the agreement and they are raising demand of payment accordingly. How many of us read all terms in detail! Please do now.

My question is can't a builder also have a sense of reasonability in dealing with their customers.
