It’s been five years since I bought property from Sairung Developers. I had to sell plots last year due to some urgency. In return I thought I would not be able to get good amount, but instead I made a huge profit more than expected. . If in future I want to invest I will surely look forward to doing with Sairung Developers.

Living in city like pune, you earn and spend lot money. Most worst part of life in pune starts when you have shift to new house because you agreement for 11 months has expired.

When I was lookin for place for rent wherever I went there are these agents who will eat up. No service nothing but they want brokerage for what should I pay for. I found this site from google wanted to give a shot ... was expecting to hear a agent to pickup call but I was shocked every number I called a owner picked up the call. I got a good place on rent saved some money now can buy something for self from it.

Guys, everyone knows importance of money. Appreciate the efforts taken by these guys of bharatestates.com

I want to thank them for creating something really so helpful. Other portals need to learn something.

I just visted this site before 1 week. One of my friend is looking for a proeprty in Pune. He was looking for a plot near pune. I suggest him to Google his query for pune in Google & we found this site is placed at No.1, we visited this site till today & suggested to all my friends for property search in Pune. What I like about this site is design, content presentation, use of images & the best thing is it is really different from other property portals, other portals are full of ads, I found this 1st real estate site which is with less ads.

Another thing that want to mention is most of the thing are free for individuals. This site is useful for those who are just shifted in pune & looking for zero brokerage properties. I found the listings are of individuals, not agents are involved. Last but not least about the real estate blog.  I am very

much sure that you haven't seen such a blog which consist articles on real estate as well as thing s which close to real estate like interior designing, property investment & a major fact is real estate legal issues. I found some people discussing in the comments about real estae legal help. Thats a very nice features I visited on this site. One thing I have to mention here is that they must launch their services all over India, atleast in metro cities.

Great portal. which has almost no advertisment banners and no agents allowed. this portal is a property finders paradise. I loved the simplicity of the city to a great extent. These guys have come down to the basics. and worked really well. No fancy stuff. no clutter. very well concentrated on the detailing of properties and projects. Optimized images and structure of the website makes it load super fast. even on a dial up connection. SMS & email responses are superb.

BharatEstates.com has covered almost all locations in and arround pune, right from hinjewadi to Yerawda to to Warje, Undri etc. All properties are posted by only owners and builders.

Allied services is a nice feature to search for real estate related services in your area such as furniture wala, plumber wala, vastu consultant etc.

Good alert facility on properties and projects. Search function works like a charm.

Must applaud on the great success within just 5 months of launch in Pune. They should soon launch the portal nationally.
