I heard SMR Homes is a partnership project of P. Venkateswara Rao, Bhanu Constructions, HYD. If that is true, then this project may not be good. I bought a flat from him(Bhanu Symphony, Ramamurthi Nagar). Whatever the amenities he told, he is not ready to complete.

Up to registration their staff / partners will be there with you. After that they will not pick the phone. If you call and inquire about the work status they will threaten you. He will not provide any amenities which he promises before selling.
