Really bad experience with the Quility and Construction Issues

Builder is not at all trust worthy, lot of surprises after buying a property. It is not only the problem with this project but with all other properties of this builder.

So be cautious while buying properties constructed by Bhandari.

Construction quality is average, projects are delayed, after sales service - NONE.

1.Quality of Project is not good, several leakages are found in D and E wings.

1. 
   Material mentioned in agreement is not same that is used by builder, bad quality tiles and bathroom fittings are used.
   



2. 
   Builder is asking very high society maintenance and then too they are charging extra for using all amenities. Example - charges for using Hall are 2000 INR per hour, tennis - 500 INR for 2 hrs and so on.
   

Already builder is charging 5 RS per Sq. Ft then too amenities are not free.

1. Possession of C building is delayed, it was promised as per agreement that possession date is Dec-2018 but seeing current situation it seems possession will be given by June 2020.

5.In all project is very bad, don't buy flat in this society as builder is cheating people.

I am resident of one of project by Bhandari Associate i.e. Swaraj Residency. You can see on website it's mentioned amenities and few other things. So let me explain few points about this project.

1. 
   Road:- Society is around 700 meter from main road. And this 700 meter road is totally muddy. We connected with PCMC and got to know out of 700 meter road few land is owned by local person and due to this PCMC can't construct road. So this is long term issue for Swaraj Residency.Swaraj Capital . Don't know how long it will go.last 4-5 years issue continues.
   



2. 
   Water:- Water is big issue in this society.In summer rarely getting 1 hours water out of 24 hours.
   



3. 
   Swimming pool:- out of my 2 years.I have seen just 20-25 days when swimming pool having water.
   



4. 
   Gym:- Maintenance is very poor.
   



5. 
   Open parking:- Open parking area is very less and difficult to park car. It's sufficient for bike parking not car parking.
   

And here builder sold his flat and now not responsible for any thing. So think twice before investing your hard earned money.

Guys I would love to share my review of Bhandari Associates. Today I visited Savaanah(One of the Beautiful Projects) of Bhandari Builders. Savannah is in Wagholi, Near Wagheshwar temple, Pune. I today along with my brother visited a flat there. We want to buy a flat, so we went there . One of the owner of the flat is shifting to Gurgaon, so he wants to sell his flat. So with the help of my Cousin sister, we get to know about that property . Its a 2 BHK flat and the balcony is much more big and halls and room are so big . Every facilities & amenties are there and roads which leads to savannah is also well constructed.

if any one wants to buy the propertyin Pune . So one must Visit there .
