Water leackage in new Flat BhagwatiBellavista Ulwe

Review On Bhagwati Builders and Developers, Mumbai

Despite of regillar followup , the water leackage problem(FLAT C-301 Bhagwati Bellavista, Plot 127, Sec-23, Ulwe, Navi Mumbai) has not yet resolved.

It is very much disappointing that the developer who constructed this premises is struggling to resolve water leakage problem since last 2 years.My flat walls and ceiling are getting more and more weaker day by day as water is always there inside.It is not just my flat issue.In last rainy season there were 70% flats in society having water leackage issue.

I am very much affraid about future of this property for which I have paid 49, 00, 000/-(fourty nine lacs).I have paid premium amount for Brand name but quality is not as Brand name.

Very bad experience with Bhagwati builder and developer.
