Balaji Heights - dont touch

Balaji Heights at Mahalaxmi Nagar Indore is not the best choice if you are looking for post sales support. I bought a flat in Aug and yet not able to move into the flat just because they have not fixed ventilator in bathroom, not polished doors, seepage laden walls not painted, not installed hand shower in toilet, not fixed windows, not re plastered the pieces of plasters which came off on its own, the tiles are fixed uneven, kitchen granite and sink are out of place and so on .

Everytime they will give some or the other excuse and mostly it is about labout not available. the truth is that the labour is on site as two blocks are under construction at full swing. I have lost about a lac of rupees as I have not been able to move into the flat. There is one man show and that gentleman does not bother to close any issues. The promoter when approached, left it back on the same guy. they are good just upto the time you pay, after that they dont care. They need to understand that real estate is becoming professional and now is time to change else they will not survive.

We want plumbing and electrical layout for our flat so that there is no accident and breakage of these during interior fit out but none will listen. I doubt if they have any layout at all.  my suggestion is to go for a better and professional builder or go to smaller buildings where you can influence things. Balaji Heights is a complete No from me after having invested huge sum in this building. also one more caution, dont pay them full money, I as a fool paid 3 years maintenance and parking also, which is yet to be allotted.
