Having own home is dream for everyone and when your hard earned money was looted from you and you are not able to do anything, this is done by Bajwa Developers, the builder who owned sunny enclave and looted so many people.

Customer Service:

When you go to buy land or home there they will treat you very well but after you bought its your luck if they don't cheat as sometimes same home is sold to too many buyers and when you filed case against them nothing happens. Every time they give you lame excuses and they have no fear of any kind.So many cases are going against them so if you file one more case against them they hardly care about it.

Sometimes they sold plots by misleading people and when people came to know about this they offer them some other plot which are cheaper.Its much better to stay away from them and not to buy anything from them.

Staff Courtesy:

The staff is polite in starting but if you are having some refunds against them then they will not provide you easily, you have to fight for your own money and at the end if you get cheque then they made it bounce and give you lame excuses if the amount is high.The staff lied a lot and every promise made by them is a lie.They are not trustworthy and its much better to not to waste your money on their projects.

Conclusion:

I will recommend that don't invest on their projects as they have done frauds to many people instead invest from builder who is trustworthy and its better to stay away from them if you don't want to waste your hard earned money.

People out there! Beware of this company and their properties. They have cheated many people for their hard earned money . So they doing this to me . I am way too much harassed and frustrated by these people .

I Booked Flat with them in 2012 of 74 A . They were unable to deliver the project to people as that was not approved project . I demanded my refund from them and they cancelled my Agreement and issued me three cheques. Each of the cheque have bounced 4 time already and each time bank have deducted 250 charge from money account . Today I went again in their office and met MR Tinku in their account department and Kavita . They came up with another lame excuse reason for not getting the cheques cleared . I been so much harassed by these crooks/ Fraudulent company. I have left no other way than file case on them and get my hard earned money back from them.

I am writing this review to let people know that beware if you buying anything form them . They have many misleading cases, illegal selling techniques and selling the same property twice/thrice to other people.

I also encourage people who are already been harassed by them to post review for them online so new buyer should come to know what happening in Bajwa developer LTD want this forum to help me out recover my money

This is place constructed by Bajwa Developers. This place is very nice place to live in as there are many hospitals, schools, markets, dairy shops, well maintained roads, proper sewer line, street lights, water line. There is even North Country Mall in front of New Sunny Enclave. But there is a bit of electricity issues in a very little of streets but that also only happens in summer i.e. votage gets low . But there is a solution to this problem i.e. stablizers. There punjab government alloted electricity meters that means electricity supply to us is now given by government. There is lawn tennis, basketball, wrestling court over there. If you want to live with your family in tricity then it is the best place to live in at affordable & genuine rates. If you want to invest then also it is a good place. There is all type of facilities available. Also, here 66 KVA electicity sub station is being construted and is just going to be completely constructed within a year as said by the constructers. Good Place
