Having own home is dream for everyone and when your hard earned money was looted from you and you are not able to do anything, this is done by Bajwa Developers, the builder who owned sunny enclave and looted so many people.

Customer Service:

When you go to buy land or home there they will treat you very well but after you bought its your luck if they don't cheat as sometimes same home is sold to too many buyers and when you filed case against them nothing happens. Every time they give you lame excuses and they have no fear of any kind.So many cases are going against them so if you file one more case against them they hardly care about it.

Sometimes they sold plots by misleading people and when people came to know about this they offer them some other plot which are cheaper.Its much better to stay away from them and not to buy anything from them.

Staff Courtesy:

The staff is polite in starting but if you are having some refunds against them then they will not provide you easily, you have to fight for your own money and at the end if you get cheque then they made it bounce and give you lame excuses if the amount is high.The staff lied a lot and every promise made by them is a lie.They are not trustworthy and its much better to not to waste your money on their projects.

Conclusion:

I will recommend that don't invest on their projects as they have done frauds to many people instead invest from builder who is trustworthy and its better to stay away from them if you don't want to waste your hard earned money.
