Not worth it

The facing location is situated to a crowd which is not worth it. The nearby localities need improvement in terms of basic amenities. Transport facility is also not so good in this locality. There are no playing facilities to keep the body in an active state. It is not centrally located.

It has been one of the most urgent needs that the bus system that would transport a group of people from a remote parking structure to their destination needs to be in service and in execution phase. However there is no such facility.

Difficult to implement Public Private Partnership

There has been a lack of proper co-ordination between the private players ruling the real estate and the public partners who are wining to own the private land in any form ranging from buying, investing, renting or flat leasing.

This property is built in such a remote area that there are no grocery stores also nearby. They said that they would make a general store in the complex, but they did not do that and now we have to travel miles for small things.

New rules
