How I Bought my flat in Kolkata from Sumant Goenka

Some 2 months back, I bought a flat in Urbana, Kolkata. While I was searching different housing projects in Kolkata, I was also at the time discussing with Mr Ryan Lewis of Axiom Estates for Rosedale flat. Lewis works for Mr Sumant Goenka, who was referred to me by a friend of mine who had bought a flat in Kolkata from Axiom sometime back.

I liked a deal in resale offered by Mr Ryan Lewis in Urbana, However, being an nri I was not comfortable buying in resale market for multiple reasons. What I appreciate about Ryan is that he discussed the matter with Sumant Goenka, who structured the deal in a manner to eliminate my doubts.

I saved nearly Rs 30 Lakhs in the deal and would highly recommend Axiom Estates.
